If you cannot do the MU's do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips

Pack:
75 Pull-ups
75 Dips

Puppies:
50 Pull-ups (band assist as needed)
50 Dips (band assist as needed)

Buttercup:
35 Pull-ups (bands if needed)
35 Dips (negatives or bands)

Skill Practice:
Deadlift
