Group Warm Up

Workout of the Day:

"Murph"

For time:

1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Big Dog's:
as Rx'd (20# vest if you're feeling fiesty)

Porch:
1 mile
75 Pull-ups
150 Push-ups
250 Squats
1 mile

Pack:
1 Mile
50 Pull-ups (bands if needed)
125 Push-ups
200 squats
1 mile

Puppies:
800m run
50 Pull-ups (bands if needed)
100 Push-ups
150 Squats
800m run

Buttercup:

800m run
30 pull-ups (bands or jumping)
50 Push-ups
100 Squats
800m run
