Complete in twenty minutes as many rounds as you can of:
25 Squats
10 Strict pull-ups
10 Ring dips

Porch:
Bar Dips

Pack:
20 Squats
Pull-ups (bands)
Bar Dips (bands)

Puppies:
15 Squats
5 Pull-ups (bands)
5 Bar dips (bands)

Buttercup:
10 Squats
5 Pull-ups (bands or jumping)
5 Bar dips (bands or on Box)
