Skill practice WoD:

Bottom-to-Bottom Tabata Push Ups & Squats

Perform max reps of the following in 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of "rest" in the bottom position:

4 rounds push ups
8 rounds squats
4 rounds push ups

Score is the sum of the lowest rep count for each of the three Intervals.
