"12 Days of CrossFit Plano"
Each of 12 levels is repeating as in 1; 1-2; 1-2-3; etc. thru 12 for a total of 364 reps!

For time:

1) 15 second L-Sit
2) 25m Sprint
3) 3 rep Max Deadlft
4) Dumbell Clean and Jerks - 45#
5) Pull Ups
6) Knees to Elbows
7) Kettlebell Swings - 32kg
8) Dumbell Thrusters - 45#
9) Ring Dips
10) Back Extensions
11) Ball Slams - 35lb
12) Pistols (one legged squats)

Big Dog's:

Everyone Else:
Scale weight or movement as needed
