Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:

10 Pull-ups
7 Handstand Push-ups
Rope climb, 15 ft
7 Ring Dips

Scaling:

Big Dog's:
As Rx'd

Porch:
HSPU Negatives
Ring Dip Negatives

Pack:
Climb Rope with Knots
HSPU Negatives or Sub DB Shoulder Press
Band Assisted Pull Ups
Bar Dips

Puppies:
3 Rope Climbs from Ground to Feet (Start lying on back)
Jumping Pull Ups
Bar Dip Negatives or Band Assist
DB Shoulder Press

Buttercup:
Same as Puppies but only 10 minutes
