Workout of the Day:


Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees


Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge. You must be able to keep the bar directly overhead and shrugged up during each lunge. Scale accordingly.

Burpees with modified push up


Buttercup:
PVC Pipe
Burpees with no push up or jump
