10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

Shoulder Press 2/3 BW instead of bench press

Pack:
Shoulder Press 1/2 BW instead of bench press
Deadlift 1 1/4 BW
Clean 2/3 Bw

Puppies:
Shoulder Press 1/3 BW instead of bench press
Deadlift Bodyweight
Clean 1/2 Bodyweight

Buttercup:
Shoulder Press 1/4 BW instead of bench press
Deadlift 1/2 to 3/4 BW
Clean 1/4 BW
