Class Descriptions

CrossFit - This class is pure CrossFit. These workouts are scaled to all levels and abilities. Whether you are a beginner, or an elite athlete you can participate in this class and we will tailor the workout to fit your needs.

Olympic Weightlifting - Hands on coaching involving solely the Olympic movements.


Power Lifting - Hands on coaching involving solely the Power Lifting movements - the Back Squat, the Bench Press, and the Deadlift.


Kettlebell - “Men’s Journal” calls this the workout with ‘balls’. Develop functional strength while losing body fat without the dishonor of aerobics.

Elements -  Introduction to CrossFit fundamentals which prepare you for group classes by providing you with mastery of the basic movements and the information required to intelligently substitute movements beyond your skill level for exercises that suit your specific needs.  You will not progress to group classes until we are satisfied that you are ready!

“Suffer on Saturday” - This is 30-60 minutes of “fun”. As they say “It doesn’t have to be fun to be fun”! This is less of an instructional class and more akin to “just plain old hard work”.

Private - One on one training that applies all elements of CrossFit, Z-Health, or Olympic Weightlifting. Contact us for availability.
 
Semi-Private - Personalized instruction within a group of five or less individuals. Contact us for availability.

Z Health Private - Learn to move more efficiently and effortlessly as well as reduce or eliminate joint/muscle aches and pains by retraining your neuromuscular system. Results are guaranteed. Contact us for availability.
