Suffer on Saturday: "Chelsea" Every minute on the minute perform the following for 30 minutes: 5 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups 15 Squats
Big Dog’s: As Rx'd Pack: 3 Pull Ups 6 Push Ups 9 Squats
Buttercup: 1 Pull Ups (or jumping pull up) 4 Push Ups 7 Squats Record the round number in which you fall behind the clock and the total number of rounds completed. For example, falling behind the clock at 12 minutes and completing 23 rounds in 30 minutes would be recorded as 12/23. This is your score. The highest first number wins and the second number breaks ties. If you can do 30/30 then can should do Chelsea +1 (add 1 reps to each of the movements in each round).
