Partition the reps however you want. Wear a 20 lb weighted vest or body armor if you have it.

As Rx’d with weighted vest


Porch:
As Rx’d (without weighted vest)

75 Pull Ups
150 Push Ups
225 Squats
1 mile run


Puppies:
800 meter run or 1 mile (You choose)
50 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
150 Squats
800 meter run


Buttercup (“Smurph”):
800 meter run
25 Pull Ups
