CrossFit Group Classes -
 
CrossFit uses constantly varied, functional movements executed at relatively high intensity to develop a broad base of fitness.  The workouts are scaled to all levels and abilities. Whether you are a beginner, or an elite athlete you can participate in this class and we will tailor the workout to fit your needs.

Olympic Weightlifting -
Hands on coaching involving solely the Olympic movements. Develop explosiveness and improve your coordination and agility by learning the Clean and Jerk, and the Snatch.

Kettlebell - “Men’s Journal” calls this the workout with ‘balls’.  Develop functional strength while losing body fat without the dishonor of aerobics.

Individual Coaching - process that guides you from your current state of fitness, health, and performance towards your full genetic potential and ultimately to excellence. 
 
Z Health Private - Learn to move more efficiently and effortlessly as well as reduce or eliminate joint/muscle aches and pains by retraining your neuromuscular system. Results are guaranteed.
