Probably should have not worked out today and rested. My legs are sore and tender, right hip mainly and left knee. Got compensation? hmm. Even with backing off the training I still have some signs of over training, I need to be more be more aware of this so i can push to another level. I would assume from 6 years of over training It will take some time to learn what is right and letting my body know it is ok to grow and increase performance and just no try and survive.
