After some much needed counseling from Troy that I'm not that crazy I finally got a full nights rest which of course makes everything easier. Also that my routine of training is the right thing to be doing which gave me confidence and faith that I'm on the right track to becoming a top combat athlete. This is how the past couple of days looked.

You will see I have been doing z a lot in my workout. I understand this is not very cool but what society pushes on us is not very cool or productive so who cares this works. Remember we are always looking at the way people look as a sign of there health and fitness, this is not a great way to judge. I will add things in to you to read as I try to remember myself. Focus on the joint not the muscle. Make it fun and a skill, or just bug Troy or Chris til they tell you what it should be.
