Knee Still hurts, Took a day off. Been working on my Z-Health. My emotions with Chunking and re-educating my body seems to be in a order of what and how it happened. When activating some movements specifically it will activate only a specific part of the emotion. The emotions are stable though and are like watching a moving but you feel it. Even with the stress I am feeling more stable.
I have been aware of my hip rotation so I have been working on that. I figured my hip flexor and quads are tight and cause irregular movement and pull my hip in that direction. Yet another project to work on.

Lost sleep a couple of times this week and my body felt like it used to which made me realize how sleep deprived I used to be and just didn't realize it. I think it will take some time to get more used to getting sleep. Then my body will start to adapt and then maybe we can get some more progress out of me.
