Tonights classes (4pm to 7pm) are cancelled due to the weather. It just took me 10 minutes to drive 2 miles and I live 20 miles away from CrossFit Plano :)
There seems to be a lot of water trapped under the ice which is making a nice slush that will freeze as it gets colder (tonight is supposed to be 12 and tomorrow's high only 19)
Based on the above we are definitely closed today and likely tomorrow as well. Trust me, I really would like to be open too......
Just check the school closings in Plano (http://www.pisd.edu/) and if the schools are closed in Plano tomorrow, so are we.

question about tabata squats and push-ups...that means 20 sec squats, 10 sec rest, 20 sec push-ups, 10 sec rest = 1 round? how many rounds again? am i supposed to count the reps in each round?
