We are in need of female players who are interested in co-ed flag football. It is a soclial league (non competitive). Games will be Monday night & 1 practice during the week. Games are played at Fair Oaks park in North Dallas. Season begins March 5th.. Anyone Interested???

so christine sanford and aaron whitsitt are running the white rock FULL marathon!!! studs!

to the rest of you...anyone up for the 5-person relay for the dallas white rock marathon on 12/4? it's $53/person and you would run 4.5, 5 or 6.5 miles depending on which leg you run. can be all girls or co-ed. and i guess you could make an all guys team as well, i just can't be on it!

i've done the full and the half and i have been a part of a few 5-person relays and this race…

Many of you have been requesting a 6 pm class on Fridays. So for the month of September we will be having a 6pm class. If we get a big enough turn out we will make it a permanent thing. Hope to see many of you there!!

Come join the CF Plano Team at the Gladiator Games on Saturday October 1.  You can still sign up to compete either individually or as a team.  This is an urban obstacle course event, meaning no mud and limited running is involved, but you get to scale walls, climb ropes & swing on monkey bars.

I've earned my stripes with today's WOD. One on either side of my crack...my skin wore off from sit-ups. I am not posting a picture though, sorry.
