Many of you who have purchased vouchers for one month of training have contacted me regarding how to get started and redeem your voucher. I apologize that I was unable to get to most of your calls today. I think there was a miscommunication along the way as you were supposed to have been given the link below to explain to you what your next steps are with us to redeem your voucher and get started.

Chris and I did not get a chance to workout with the main group at the Open House--we were swamped helping the beginners get started, so Chris and I stuck around afterwards to bust it out. Here is the Open House WoD:
As many rounds in 15 minutes as possible of:
15 Double Unders
10 Kettlebell Swings (we only used 16kg)
100 meter Sprint
