Won't be in my birthday, but planning to on Sat. any chance we can do the "300" workout:
a) Pullups - 25 reps
b) Deadlifts with 135lbs - 50 reps
c) Pushups - 50 reps
d) 24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps
e) Floor wipers - 50 reps
f) Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps (25 each side)
g) Pullups - 25 reps

Chris and Troy Do the Open House WoD


Chris and I did not get a chance to workout with the main group at the Open House--we were swamped helping the beginners get started, so Chris and I stuck around afterwards to bust it out. Here is the Open House WoD:

As many rounds in 15 minutes as possible of:
15 Double Unders
10 Kettlebell Swings (we only used 16kg)
100 meter Sprint
