Sonya Hebden said… - Troy, I researched ladies t-shirts and tanks. The brand I like is Bella. There are a couple of companies that sell wholesale. The cost would be about $5 - $6 each for tanks and a bit more for t-shirts. That does not include the logo. Pop in at the gym in the morning and we can discuss further. It would be great advertising for us ladies to be sporting "Crossfit" tanks all summer long.

23 1/2 Hours (the single best thing YOU can do now)
I came across this exceptional video by Dr. Mike Evans a few days ago and it really made me think. More specifically, it made me think of you.
Especially at this time of year when people are ramping up for their “New Year’s Resolutions” (which are absolutely ridiculous by the way, more on that tomorrow) this is something we need put into action.

Hey all:
Many of you have been requesting a 6 pm class on Fridays. So for the month of September we will be having a 6pm class. If we get a big enough turn out we will make it a permanent thing. Hope to see many of you there!!
