A Little More About Me...

I never thought I would ever see myself doing CrossFit. I began to workout consistently when my boyfriend (now husband) in high school decided to do Body For Life. Ever since then we've been working out together. I have had many feats, especially coming from a background of inactivity (my entire family would prefer to stay inside and watch movies all day), so it has been rewarding and challenging in many ways, on many levels! Glad to be here!
