CrossFit Plano 6-Year Anniversary Bash (and WoD) at CrossFit Plano

*Note - I changed the time to 4pm Saturday to help promote a more party type feel so we can hang out more.Come join us as we celebrate our 6th year as a CrossFit Affiliate.I affiliated and started coaching in 2005 and the doors officially opened to CrossFit Plano in January of 2006.We will have a "Monster" WoD plus fun challenges, and contests, etc.Join the party afterwards - We are providing grass-fed beef hamburgers and you can also Bring Your Favorite Paleo Dish or Treat!See More

Dallas White Rock Marathon 5-person relay

so christine sanford and aaron whitsitt are running the white rock FULL marathon!!! studs!to the rest of you...anyone up for the 5-person relay for the dallas white rock marathon on 12/4? it's $53/person and you would run 4.5, 5 or 6.5 miles depending on which leg you run. can be all girls or co-ed. and i guess you could make an all guys team as well, i just can't be on it! i've done the full and the half and i have been a part of a few 5-person relays and this race is just a blast!!! let me…See More

Hey Amber! That's awesome :) I wasn't sure I was even going to do the CrossFit games, but then decided, "Eh, what the heck?". I went in with the mentality to better myself and not worry about where I place. This will be an exciting challenge and I look forward to it! Glad I was able to inspire you :D
