Entry Fees:
Cost of competing is $35. You will get a t-shirt, included with that
fee, at the eventif you
register online prior to Monday, 5/24 at 12:00 p.m. If you
register between 5/24 and 5/31 you will need to stop by CrossFit
Plano anytime after June 6 to pick up your t-shirt.

Competition:
All Levels Welcome - We are offering the following four
categories for you to compete in:
Advanced - Full "Murph" with no weight vest. (9:00 a.m.
and10:00 a.m.)
Intermediate (1/2 "Murph" with no scaling allowed.)
(11:00a.m)
Intermediate "Scaled - (1/2 "Murph with full scaling
allowed.)(11:45 a.m.)
Beginner - (Approximately 1/4 "Murph" with full scaling
allowed.) (12:30 p.m.)
Scaling means that we will allow you to do modified pull
ups,modified push ups or modified squats as needed.
Full "Murph" is the defined as the following:
For time:
Run 1 mile
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
Run 1 mile
Partition the reps as needed so long as you complete the 1
mile run before and and after.
Note: Registration for all levels is available between
8:30a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Please show up early to support
allcompetitors!
