'Fun With Push Ups'

Try and do 3-5 each of the following (Rest as needed):

Standard
Fingertip
Fist
Alternating Fist and Fingertip
Push ups on Dumbells or Parallettes
Clapping
Chest Slapping
Behind the Back Clap
Clap in Front and Back
Superman Push Ups
One arm push ups, right and left
Push ups - one leg raised
Push ups - one arm and one leg
Dive Bomber Push ups
Dive Bomber - one arm
Renegade Row Push Ups (with dumbell)
Ring Push Ups (Standard and Feet Elevated)
Archer Push Ups
Handstand Push Ups
Handstand Push Ups on Parallettes (Full range of motion)

Document your successes and failures.

400m Sprint for time
