Our Individual Coaching program is a carefully crafted process that guides you from your current state of fitness, health, and performance towards your full genetic potential and ultimately to excellence within your own personal timeframe. It is comprised of 5 main core modules: Attitude – Commitment, Character, Integrity, Virtuosity, and Mental Toughness Nutrition & Recovery – The nuts and bolts the body requires to adapt to stress (exercise) Mobility – The art and science of efficient and biomechanically correct movement Mechanics – Efficiency and strength in functional movements, and control of one’s body Metabolic Conditioning – Work capacity developed across broad time and modal domains This is a journey, and it is as unique as each individual who undertakes it. Not everyone is willing to pay the price of sweat, hard work and commitment. Only those who are willing to commit to doing what it takes to get results and change their life should consider this. It is not easy, and it requires a lot of effort and work on your part! Everyone is unique in their own needs, strengths and weaknesses and additional focus on weak areas is provided as needed. Each of the 5 modules is comprised of multiple lessons, and is not time based or constrained in any way. Oftentimes an individual needs to be exposed to something multiple times before they can effectively integrate the knowledge and put it to use.
