Row 1000 meters
Body weight Bench press, 30 reps
Row 1000 meters
Body weight Bench press, 20 reps
Row 1000 meters
Body weight Bench press, 10 reps

Substitute Sumo Deadlift High Pull - 45lb bar - if you don't have access to a rower.  1 SDHP = 10 meters!

Pack:
Sub 2x number of push ups for Bench Press
750m row each time

Puppies:
Sub 1x number of push ups for Bench Press
500m row each time

250m row each time
