Group Warm-up

Workout of the Day:

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Big Dog's:
as Rx'd

Porch:
band pull-ups if needed (pink or blue)

Pack:
band pull-ups if needed (green)

Puppies:
3 pull-ups (band if needed-green)
7 push-ups (knee push-ups as needed))
10 Squats

Buttercup:
3 Pull-ups (jumping or band)
5 Push-ups (regular or knee)
8 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Big Dog's:
as Rx'd

Porch:
5 Handstand Push-ups
5 one legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Pack:
Negative Handstand push-ups
30 Bodysquats
15 Pull-ups w/bands

Puppies:
10 DB Presses
20 Bodysquats
10 Pull-ups w/bands

Buttercup:
10 DB Presses
15 Bodysquats
10 Pull-ups w/bands
