Event Description
Join us for FREE Workouts, Fun Contests and FREE Prizes, FREE BBQ
We will have a CrossFit demo/workshop every hour on the hour and a main workout at 1pm.
Help Feed Plano area kids while making a difference in your fitness!
We will be donating $100 to Minnie's Food Pantry (www.thegivingmovement.org) for every new participant who participates in our monthly program in the month of July.

Unfortunately Tempe, AZ is a little too far. :( Have fun!! So wish we could be there!!
