*Note - I changed the time to 4pm Saturday to help promote a more party type feel so we can hang out more.
Come join us as we celebrate our 6th year as a CrossFit Affiliate.
I affiliated and started coaching in 2005 and the doors officially opened to CrossFit Plano in January of 2006.
We will have a "Monster" WoD plus fun challenges, and contests, etc.
Join the party afterwards - We are providing grass-fed beef hamburgers and you can also Bring Your Favorite Paleo Dish or Treat!
