CrossFit Training
Our training is high intensity (relative to your fitness level), diverse in structure, random and competitive. Classes are instructor-led and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation. Workouts are constantly varied and unique, ensuring that you always make progress.  We combine aspects of basic gymnastics (especially rings and floor work), Olympic weightlifting, boot camp workouts, rowing, throwing, running, and plyometrics.   Some workouts are done for time, others for maximum number of reps.  Either way, this may be the hardest workout you’ll ever do!

Our exercise prescriptions adhere to proper focus on the mechanics, progression, variation and recovery needed to optimize fitness. Fitness is defined by the competency achieved in each of the ten recognized fitness domains of:

Speed, Power, Agility, Accuracy, Balance, Coordination, Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Stamina

Who is healthiest, performs best at any given physical task?  The athlete that is specialized in one fitness domain or the athlete who is proficient in all ten?  Who would you rather be?

CrossFit Group Classes

Group classes integrate technique and skill work with highly varied, challenging workouts. The group dynamic is fun, motivating, and sometimes competitive. We recommend attending at least 3 classes per week for maximum results.

Every workout of the day is available in five levels of varying intensity.  You will complete the one that is closest to your current fitness level.  We will continue to introduce new skills and scale the loads and reps in the workouts to your level as needed.
